Headington Funday 7th July 2018

If it's the summer then the Headington Funday must be happening soon!  We are delighted to offer the 13th Headington Funday in Bury Knowle Park from 2-5pm, all completely free, as the churches' gift to the community.

This year's offering includes the favourites: BBQ & Tea Tent, balloon modelling, face painting, bouncy castle as well as a giant inflatable obstacle course, tug-of-war, cakes, bang-a-nail, live music, juggling, giant games & lots more!

Our hard working team is entering the final phase of preparation and we look forward to welcoming all our visitors, new and returning, to our annual afternoon of fun in the sun.  Well, we are also praying that the weather holds and you can join us in prayer at an evening devoted to prayer for the Funday, on Friday 29th June, 7.30pm at Cornerstone Church (2 Quarry High Street, Headington, OX3 8JT). If you can come along, even for a short while, that would be fantastic.

We also welcome volunteers to help us on the day with the set up, stall management, and take down. If you can offer any time to help with this, then the Rev. Paul Clarke would love to hear from you. You can email paul.clarke@hbc-oxford.org.uk or call 01865-763572 or sign up online here.

If you would like to help us advertise the event by putting up a poster at your place of work, worship, or community organisation, you can download one from here.
