Two exciting new activities have started up in Lime Walk Methodist Church Hall in New High Street. Both will be of special interest to those of you of more ‘mature’ years…which means that if you are between 50 and 100+ you’ll fit in just fine!

The first initiative is ‘Feelgood Fitness’ which describes itself as ‘gentle exercise for those who want to go home with a grin…not a grimace!’. So, whether you’d prefer to take your exercise seated in a chair, or up on your toes, this session -- led by an experienced, qualified instructor – is for you! Now meeting on Thursday mornings in the Church Hall. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes leaving us plenty of time for refreshments and a chat. The cost is just £2.50 per person…good company is provided at no extra charge!

The second initiative is our 'New High Street Tuesday Drop-in' which will run weekly from 2pm – 4pm. It may be that you just want to come along to sit quietly and chat with a few friends, or perhaps you’d rather tackle one of our table top games, browse the daily newspapers or pit your wits in a big screen nostalgia quiz. All this…and much more will be available!
