'Faithful Scientists' - a series of talks at St Andrew's, Old Headington

St. Andrew's has organised a series of four evening talks in June, when scientists who are members of the Oxford community discuss the intersection of their work with their Christian faith.  All talks start at 7:30pm in the Church Room.

June 7, Professor Stephen Payne, F.R.C.O, Fellow of Keble College, is a biomedical engineer researching strokes and blood flow to the brain, 

June 14, Professor Robin Ian MacDonald Dunbar, Fellow of Magdalen College, is a British anthropologist & evolutionary psychologist, and a specialist in primate behaviour. Author of '150 Friends'.  

June 21, the Rev Professor Robert Gilbert, Fellow of Magdalen College, is a biochemist. The title of his talk is 'Science and the Truthfulness of Beauty'. 

June 28, Professor Jenny Butler, Professor of Occupational Therapy at Oxford Brookes University. The title of her talk is 'Ethics in Practice'.
